Please read over the terms of service before ordering. When you accept to work with me by
making your first payment, you are agreeing to everything listed below in these terms of service.

Terms of service are subject to change without notice. In these terms the word client refers to
the person purchasing a suit from Two Tails Enterprises and the words seller, “I”, and artist refer to Two Tails Enterprises.

Reference sheets

A reference sheet is required for any style of fursuit. If you wish to give me artistic liberty with your fursuit, then a reference sheet is not needed. I will work with you to come up with a design. If we create a design and you decide not to order a suit you forfeit all rights to the design.

Getting a quote

Quotes do not hold or bind you to a commission slot agreement. They are just a price estimate, and a 3 view reference sheet is required to get a quote. To get a quote, send us an email to twotailsenterprises@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can also contact us here through the “Contact Us” page. The email must contain the reference sheet, the style of suit you want, and all of the options that you would like. The more intricate the design, the higher the quote. I always accept quote requests. However, I can only add you to my queue if I have a slot available. If you would like to wait for an open slot, I will keep your quote and notify you when one opens. There is no penalty for choosing not to commission me when a slot opens.

Ordering

Client must be over the age of 18 or a parent/legal guardian of a minor to commission a fursuit from me, the seller. However, if client is under the age of 18 and still growing I suggest ordering a partial instead of a fullsuit. You want to make sure that it fits when it gets to you.

Client understands that you are ordering a hand-made, one-of- a-kind costume made by an artist. The suit could contain imperfections, flaws and inconsistencies. Client’s project must be accepted before we start the ordering process. This means that seller has received client’s quote, responded to it, and both you (the customer) and I (the seller) agree to the work. I require a signed contract for all commissioned work. Client must make a 30% non-refundable down payment to hold a commission slot. If you are interested in ordering from me, please make sure to make this payment 2-3 days after receiving the confirmation invoice. If you delay too long, you may lose your chance to secure a spot on the commission queue. I only take on a limited number of commissions at a time, and I do not hold or reserve commission slots. However, if you have a pending quote with me I will notify you if a slot opens up. Again, you must pay the 30% non-refundable down payment to save a spot on the list.

Client may make changes to character as long as no materials have been ordered for the suit. Please keep in mind that changes to your character can result in changes to the price, and if materials have already been ordered, then seller may be unable to make the changes for you. Please be aware if seller is forced to re-order supplies it will cause an increase in the price and client will be responsible for paying the new price. Once work has started no changes can be made, so make sure that you are perfectly happy with your character before your suit reaches this stage!

I will not recreate any existing costumes, unless the original costume was made and owned by you, the client. If you want me to recreate a costume that was made by another maker, you must provide proof that you still own the original, as well as written consent from both you and the original maker. If you have already sold or re-homed the suit, you must provide written consent from the new owner as well.

payments

Two Tails Enterprises only accepts US dollars as the seller uses US dollars to order all materials. Seller accepts credit, debit, Square, or PayPal at this time. Cash is only accepted if you are paying in person (usually at a convention). Please feel free to order individual items from our online store.

A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your commission slot. Payment plans are accepted. It is important to make sure that you are financially secure before commissioning the seller. Neglecting to pay the agreed-upon payments can result in client’s commission being pushed down the queue and ultimately cancelled after three missed payments. If your commission is cancelled, you may or may not receive a refund depending on whether or not materials have been ordered. In any case, the original deposit is non-refundable and you will not receive this back.

Seller’s payment plan is as follows: A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to start. Client will then be responsible for a monthly payment until the fursuit is completely paid for. Client will NOT receive the fursuit until it is COMPLETELY paid off. The longer you take to pay off your suit, the longer it will be until you receive it. Paying off your suit in full will bump client to the top of the waiting list. (If someone else has already paid in full, you will be bumped just below them on the list.)

There is no refund on the initial 30% deposit unless the commission is cancelled by the seller. After client’s suit has been completed, there is no refund option. It the commission is cancelled during construction, the refund will vary depending on how much progress and time has been invested into the suit. Seller holds the right to refuse any refund request. Seller also has the right to refund client in full if for any reason I am unable to do your fursuit.

works in progress

Work in progress pictures may or may not be available depending on current work load. Clients have every right to request work in progress pictures, but please bear in mind that progress may be slow. If the seller needs to confirm certain details with the client, then the seller will send pictures and work will not continue until they are approved.

Seller will send you pictures of the fur for approval before it is ordered. Please keep in mind that not all fur and fabric colors are available, but the seller will try their best best to match and will work with the client to come up with a solution.

deadlines

Two Tails Enterprises does not offer absolute deadlines. The seller is a small business, and things can come up to delay work of the suit. The seller can provide a working timeline, but this can change based on the number of people in the queue. Failing to make payments or provide items requested can also cause delays in the construction of your costume. By agreeing to work with the seller, the client understands this fact.

shipping

Shipping is always paid for by the client. Shipping options and costs will be discussed after the completion of your suit. The seller can’t come up with a cost for shipping without knowing how many boxes are needed, what size of box is required, and how much it will weigh.

If client delays payment for the shipping, your suit will be put into storage until payment has been made. Seller is not responsible for anything that can happen to the suit in storage. The faster you pay for the shipping, the sooner you will get to wear it. Seller is not responsible for any lost packages or damage received to product while being shipped. Seller will always provide a tracking number once the fursuit has been shipped.

Disclaimers

Two Tails Enterprises is run out of a home. While this home is smoke free, there are dogs and a bird that live there. All care and effort is made to keep the animals away from the fur, but if the client is allergic to animals it would be best not to commission the seller.

Client is aware that by wearing a giant animal costume your vision will be impaired, you will get warm, your dexterity will be low and your feet will be in giant slippers; all for fun. I am not responsible for any stumbling, falling, tripping, overheating, hugs, snuggles or cuddles that may happen while in costume. Client wears at your own risk.

Repairs

Seller offers a six-month warranty on any normal wear and tear for any partial, fullsuit, or onesie. Client is required to pay for any and all shipping costs both to and from my place of operation.

Large repairs are case by case projects. Seller reserves the right to accept or deny any repairs beyond the warranty. After your warranty has expired, there will be a charge for any repairs. These will be discussed with each project.

Any alterations to your costume that were not made by seller will void all future repairs.

Your suit MUST BE CLEAN before seller will do any kind of work on it. It is inconsiderate to send us a smelly suit. Our fursuits can be cleaned in cold water with a mild detergent. Please do not wash your fursuit in hot water or use heat to dry it. This can RUIN the fur. If your suit is not clean, it will be returned at your expense.

Sizing

If client orders a full fursuit or onesie, a Duct Tape Dummy is required. If client properly made a DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) and sent in correct measurements, it should be easy for the seller to make a costume fit for you. Seller is not responsible for poor sizing if client provides a poor quality DTD or incorrect measurements. Please make sure to use several layers of duct tape!

If you think you may gain/lose weight, then please wait to make your DTD until it is absolutely necessary. The DTD is supposed to be an accurate representation of your body, and your bodysuit is only as good as the DTD that you provide. That being said, the seller needs your DTD before they can begin work on your fullsuit.

DTD are not necessary for partials, only for fullsuits and onesies. For both partials and fullsuits, the seller needs from the client each of the following: shoesize, hand size for padded hand paws, and head circumference measurements for the fursuit head. Client MUST ship all required items to me. Client is responsible for all shipping costs. Until we can make our own guide, please refer to this tutorial created by Made Fur You!
